Installation

Configuration

This module is configured via System Configuration in the administrative interface. The following configuration options are required:

LinkObject::ViewMode

This setting enables the detailed view it should be as complex

LinkObject::ComplexTable###Ticket

In this config add another key called "Note"

Open a ticket that has other associates.

will have the note column.

clicking it will open the screen to add a note to the ticket it is associated with.
